Governing body members meeting held at delhi

June 30th

A meeting of the Governing Body members was held in the head office at Delhi to discuss the following issues :

  • Registration of the new members and the rectified articles in the memorandum in the social welfare office – Delhi.
  • Accepted the resignation of the CEO ( chonzom Tobgyal ) and hosted farewell lunch in our name.
  • Discussed and finalised terms and conditions for the new CEO and the new accountant.
  • Discussed the second 90 days program of the Governing Body( membership drive in Shillong,Gangtok and Darjeeling district) to be carried out in August 2011.
  • Discussed on the formation of the Delhi working committee. It was decided to host a Dinner and interactive program among the Delhi members at G-Café, MajnuTila.
  • Mr Tenzin Wangchuk lag accepted the responsibility of printing the ID Cards of the TCC members.
