The Governing Body meeting continued and finalised

•   The Governing Body meeting continued and finalised and accepted the resignation of the CEO.
•   In the presence of the legal advisor (Tsering Tobgyal) and the following 9 Governing members. It was decided to reinforce the rectified article of the memorandum which states that the immediate past President by virtue of his position shall automatically be included in the newly elected Governing Body as the advisor of the board. However he shall have no authority or power in making decisions of the GB.He shall have the right to attend all meetings of the Governing Body.

Mr. Sonam Tobgyal  lag was advised to include members of GB  in the team that he will be leading for the official visit of Poland
